It all starts with your ad. You can write it, in text or HTML. If you already have it, in PDF format, we can probably use that. Occasionally, we'll write ads for our customers, if the circumstances are right.
When you send the ad to us, we'll 'set it up', adding the things we need, to make sure it's legal. Then we create an online Ad Library, where you can review the final copy, the subject line, and the scheduled date. (Unless requested otherwise, we send our blasts our during the middle of the business day, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.)
We often send our blasts in thirds. Although this triples our costs, it allows you more control over the flow of responses. If they're coming back too fast, we can hold off on the next part until you've caught up; if your staff are twiddling their thumbs, we can send out the next third.
Regardless of any links, forms, or landing pages you use, some people always respond by 'replying' with a question. Our staff reads every reply, and forwards you the positive responses.
